Espresso Martini Cruffin
Our black cocoa pastry is piped full of an espresso caramel and topped with a Kahlúa whipped cream before it’s dusted with cocoa and garnished with espresso beans

Raspberry, Rose, and Lychee Danish
A diamond basket pastry is baked with a raspberry and lychee jam as well as a toasted coconut frangipane before being topped with a whipped rose-mascarpone cream and garnished with rose petals, freeze dried raspberries, and a dusting of icing sugar

Earl Grey Sandwich Cookie
Soft Earl Grey cookies sandwich an earl grey-infused Swiss meringue buttercream and a button of lemon curd before the top is piped with meringue, torched, and garnished with blue corn flowers

Pistachio and Whipped Caramel Donut
A bombolini style donut is coated in caster sugar and filled with a whipped pistachio caramel and a creamy rich pistachio custard before being topped with whole caramelised pistachios
